for report, on motion of James Piper, seconded by Geo W. Kilbern.
The A_plication of U. E. Bundy for License for Taxicab, granted, on motion of

Application of the local order of Scioto for License to hold an "Indoor Circus ",
Feb 20th to 26th, was withdrwsn by representatives of the said organization.
The matter of the purchase of Fire Hydrants. was under discussion, and it was
moved by James Piper, seconded by W. B. Martin, and carried, that all bids submitted on
Fire Hydrants be rejected.
By unamimous consent of the Council, Frank E. Dodl,, for Dodd, Steep & Co., was
permitted to submit a proposal on Fire Hydrants as follows:
" Fresno Type Fire Hydrant with 1.- 22" Hose Connection and 1 - :" Steamer
