On motion of W. B. Martin, seconded by Geo W. Kilbern, the bid of the Gameweil
Fire Alarm Telegraph Co., for Excelsior Positive Non— Interfering Transmitter at ~256.00
was accepted.
The matter of the appointment of Police Officer was left over to the next
regular meeting, or until such time as the Council desires to act.
