The Santa Maria Gas Company was permitted to open trenches on Archer Stree-
between Pi.sn:o and- Euc_hon Street and on 5andexceck Street betsieen Harris and King Street
on motion of Geo. W. Kilbern seconded by V+.B. "Martin.
Clarence Holmes eras permitted to connect with the City Sewer cn L'andercock
Street between Harris. and King Street on motion of. Geo. 1.7. Kilbern seconded by Janes ;'iper,
On motion of W.B. Martin seconded by Geo. V. Kilbern the Pacific Telephone
and Telegraph Company were permitted to extend present -ole lead on Miurray Avenue near
Johnson Avenge.
The report of the City Clerk for the month of Dece�sbar was received and
ordered filed on notion of James Piper seconded by W.B. Partin.
The matter of the request of the Frost Roofing Company for refund of.
amount paid for Contractors License was under discussion Matter referred to the
Commissicner of Public Health and Safety to ascertain whether or not slid firm had engan-ed
in businesb since January 1st 1923 ,and to the City Attorney for the legal status of the
matter.

line and Hotel at 995 Higuera Stre =_t aere laid over to the next meeting.
On motion of Geo. I7. Kilbern seconded by W.B. Martin the meeting adjourned
