The application of Natale Mainini for permit to build a residence on Lot 9
Block 121 Murray and Church Addition at a Cost of $ 10500.00 was granted on motion of
James Piper seconded by H.A. Go:-;man.
On motion of James Piper seconded by H.A.Gowman ,Ids, H. Daugherty was
permitted to lay I}2' ,ft. of S ft. sidewalk on the West side Chorro Street between Pacif
and Pismo Street, as was also, the application of 1Iarthe. Day for Se,rrer connection of
Higuera Street between Chorro and Morro Stre;.t.
It was moved by U.A. Go Man and seconded by James Piper that the application
Of the Pacific Telephone and T.alegraph Company and Wickended & Wickenden for permit to
place electric Signs at the respective places of business be granted. The motion
carried with the provision that the work be done under the supervision of the Commissioner
of Public health and Safety.
The report of the City 'Clark for the month of January was received and ordered
filed cn motior. of Janes Piper Seconded by Geo. ;i. Kilbern.
The anulications of Mary J. Gnesa for license for Soft Drinks, Cigars Sideline
and Hotel at 995 Higuera Street +ere granted on motion of H.A. Gowman seconded by
Geo. 7. Kilberm.
Application for transfer of license for Axtells Grill,from C.T. Simmons to
Robt G. Morton was approved on :notion of H.A. Go•:: an seconded by James Piper.
The petition of the Frost Roofing Company for refund of $ 20.00 ,:which was
inadvertently paid for Contr_;ctcrs License for the year ending Dec 31,1925,, was granted
on :notion of H.A. Go,aman seconded by. Geo. W. Kilbern.
The application of R._J. Bradbury for permit to build a Storage Room on lot
14 Block 7 Central Addition was granted on motion of H.A. Gowman seconded by James Piper.
Matter relative to an Ordinance governing the parking of vehicles on the
Streets of the City was laid over to the next meeting.

were ordered cancelled:
