The applications of.A.M..Pettenger and 1%. F. Gore-for Sewer connections
were granted subject to inspection and approval of the Commissioner of Public orks.
The application of N.M. Stover for permit to lay park sidewalk. on Higuera St
between Santa Rosa and Toro Street was again laid over.
On motion of James Piper seconded by Geo W. Kilbern the following licenses
were ordered cancelled :

,Or, motion of James Piper seconded by Geo. VI. Kilbern the City Attorney was
directed to collect licenses from sub - contractors on the J.L. Anderson Hotel Bldg.
The claim of Geo. Hatts in the amount of 6 99.00 was referred to the Com-
missioner of Public Health and Safety on motion of James Piper seconded by Geo. 17, Kilbern.
Claims against the City for the mon-Uh of February ,Ie-e ordered paid subject
to the applmval of the heads of the respective derartments.
Action on the Parking Ordinance was deferred until all members of the
Council were present.
Hatters relative to the arrangements for phe Municipal Election to be held
April 2d. were laid over to the next me:.ting.

to +ednesday, March 7th at 7:30 P.M.
