On motion of H.A. Go:vman seconded by W.B. i4artin the City Engineer was
instructed and directed to prepare plans and specifications for Septic Tank as provided
for in the recent Bond Issue.
On motion of H.A. Gorman seconded by V.B. Martin the City Clerk was direct
to make the following transfer of Funds.: .
