City Hall, 11edr_esday, hiarch 5th 1924 - 7:30 Pali.
City Council met in adjourned special session, pursuant to special call of
Friday, February 29th -2 o'clock P.M,, io the purpose,as therein set forth.
Mayor L.F.Sinsheimer presided.
Present W.B.Martir_, C.I;I.Carpenter, Geo.W.Kilbern,Chas. Forbes, L.F.Sinsheimer.
Absent Idone,
The City Attorney stated that he had prepared and filed with Judge Norton ,

a certificate of facts, as authorized by the Council, and that the matter was now under
consideration by the Judge.
It was moved by C.I:i.Carpenter and seconded by W.B.I.1artin that the Council
proceed to executive session . The motion carried.
Council now reconvenes in Public Session.
On motion of W.B.Martin seconded by Chas Forbes the meeting adjourned to
Friday, hiarch 7th at 7:30 P.M,

Absent : L.F.Sinsheimer.
No witnesses were present.
On motion of Chas. Forbes seconded by Geo.17.Kilbern the meeting adjourned to
Monday, March 10th at 7:30 P.I.I.
