City Council met it adjourned special session, pursuant to special call of
Friday, February 29th.- 2 o'clock P.IJ, , and for the purpose as set forth in said call.

Absent : L.F.Sinsheimer.
No witnesses present.
On motion of 0,114arpenter seconded by Geo,17.kilbern the meeting adjourned to
