Petition of Herrera Bros in re amendment to license ordinance relative to
fee charged for license for boxing exhibitions nias received and laid over to the next
meeting on motion of Geo.W.Eilbern seconded by Chas.Forbes.
The applications for the regular quarterly licenses were received and referre
to the Commissioner of rublic Health ena Safety for investigation and report on motion of
Chas Forbes seconded by Geo.IV.Kilbern.
Communication from E.NI.Haney , Sect'y haw Enforcement League, relative to
the City of San Luis Obispo providing a place for the storage of illicit loquor was recei
and ordered filed on motion of Chas. Forbes seconded by Geo.V!.Kilbern.
Communication of John H.'ollins laid over for one week on motion of Chas Forbes
seconded by Geo. W.Kilbern.
Application of E.I:I.Payne for permit to connect the Sewage Disposal System of
the Mt.Pleasanton Square Addition to the !..,lain City Sewer line on Santa 'osa Street was
again before the Council. Upon the recommendation of W.B.Burch the same was granted
on motion of Geo.IV.Kilbern seconded by Chas Forbes.
Application of Wm. Erdman for permit to remove a barn from lot 10 Block 152
to lots 5 & 6 Block 151 Harford Addition was again laid over.
On motion of Chas Forbes seconded by Geo.W.Kilbern the meeting adjourned to

Frida,r, Feb 29th - 2 o'clock P.I1., for the purpose as set forth in the said special call.

Upon motion of C.I-I.Carpenter seconded by Geo.W.Eilbern and carried Council
proceeded to executive session.

Cecil Finch sworn and pertially examined.
Witnesses excused with the admonition not to converse with, or be seen with
any person connected with the hearing either directly or indirectly, to which witnesses agr
