City Hall,Saturday, Idarch 29th 1924 - 1:30 o'clock P.11.
CitTT Council met in adjourned special session - pursaant to special call of
Friday, February 29th - 2 o'clock P.I•:I., for the purpose - therein set forth .
Mayor L.F.Sinsheimer presided.
Present l ^•/.B.I: a- rtin, C. I: I. Carpenter,Geo.'r:`.Yilbern,Chas 1'orbes, L.F.Sinsheimer.
Absent 1, one.
Mayor L.F.Sinsheimer stated that he desired to, and did protest against the
meetings of this special session being held during hid absence,or the absence of any membe
of the Council from the City.
Moved by C.11. Carpenter and seconded by W.B.Martin that Harry Payton_ be recalle
as a witness,to answer such further questions as may be desired by the Council,or making
any denial or statement that he might desire. The motion carried.
Session.declared open to the public.
Harry Payton further questioned and given opportunity to make any statement
that he mic-ht desire.

Council informed that subpoena had not been served on the witness I:Iyrtle Fis
and that she was not present.
Errs. George Eatts being in attendance at the session but not under subpoena,
called. as a ir,,i tness and. examined.
John H.Stowe sworn and examined. I I .
I.F.Cook farther examined. Harry Payton further examined.
On motion of W.B.I;Iartin seconded by C.I,I.Carpenter the meeting was ddjourned
to Friday, April 4th at 2 o'clock P.I.I.
