CitdT Council met in adjourned special session - pursuant to special call of Friday, February 29th - 2 o'clock P.M, I:layor L.F.Sinsheimer presided. Present : !'I.B.I:Iartin, C.IeI.Carpemter, Geo.17.Hilbern, Chas Forbes , L.F.Sinsheimer. Absent : ITone. Claude Schulze sworn and examined. Mr. Harry Payton.asked to state what testimony he desired to elicit from certain individuals. In response to which I:Ir Payton explained , the testimony desired from IIr George L.Eilberh and, I r Fred Wallace, Upon being asked I:ir Payton stated that he had no further witnesses whose testimony he desired placed before the Council except ITr. AshlelT and I:r. Aspen, both of whom are outside the City. I:Iayor L.F.Sinsheimer stated that he would probably went one or.two witnesses present to testify at the next hearing. On motion of C.M.Carpenter seconded.by Chas Yorbes the meeting adjourned to IrTonday , April 7th at 2 o'clock P.T!T.
