Council of the City of San Luis Obispo in reference to certain allegations concerning the
Poliee Department of the City of San Luis Obispo, certain officers of such Police Depart-
ment and other employees of said City, was introduced and adopted on motion of C.I:4.Carpent
seconded by ! ^I.B.lartin by the following vote:
