Discussion On motion of W.B.LTartin seconded by C.1,I.Carpenter the matter was referred to the City Attorney for report to the Council at the next meeting, -as to the entire status and legal aspect of the matter ATotion carried. It was moved b Chas Porbes and seconded by Geo.lV. ilbern that the Cit7, attorney prepare a petition and present to the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Luis Obispo, requesting the County to -relinquish its right to a strip ore foot wide on either side of the 18ft strip of pavement on lower Higuera Street , in order that the City of San Luis Obispo may start proceedings for the ultimate paving of the balwnce of the said Street from Nipomo to South Street The notion carried.
