H. Brush - Higuera Street between Grove and Ida Street G.O.P.Davis - Higuera Street hetween Ida and Grove Street H.E.Lyman - Upham Street between Broad and Garden Street A. Scamara - Graves Avenue between Murray and Abbott Streit 'lJm. E. Strong - Marsh Street between Broad and Nipomo Street, The applications of Burris and Stephenson for license for Soft Drihks and Cigars Sideline at their service Station at corner of High and Higuera, Street were referred to the Commissioner of Public Health and Saf °.:ty for report on motion of Geo.l, %Kilbern by Chas Forbes. seconded The Merchandising Bond of the hereinabove named was referred to the Commissioner of Finance and Revenue for report. The reports of the City Clerk and City Treasurer for the month of July were received and ordered filed on motion of W.B.Martin seconded by Geo.W.Kilberm. The opinion of the City Attorney covering the matter of the communication of Hamilton Bassett regarding the payment of license for feed stable, was laid over to the next meeting. The next matter to come before the Council was the Tag Levy for the year 1924 - 19250 0 On motion of W.B,Hartin seconded by Chas Forbes the rate for the Free Public Library was fixed at$.12 j on each $ 100.00 in valuation. The levy for the redemption of Bonds and the payment of interest thereon was fixed as follows: Sewer Improvement Bond Fund 1899 0.032 ....... I• Ordinance No. 104 ( New Series ) , An Ordinance Levying a Tag for the Current Fiscal Year ( 1924 -1925 ) upon all taxable property within the City of San Luis �9bispo and fixing the rate of such Tax Levy at 1942 per $ 100.00 in valuation to be apportioned as follows, to wjt ;
