relative to the abandonment of a part of Higuera Street in the City of San Luis Obispo as
part of the system of County Roads was received and filed.
Ordinance No. 108 ( New Series ) , An Ordinance Revoking the permit granted
to the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Luis Obispo to use a portion of Higuera
Street, and Repealing Ordinance No. 56 ( New Series ) , was introduced, adopted and passed
to print, on motion of Chas Forbes seconded by 1'I.B.I:Iartin, by the following vote:
Ayes : W.B.Llartin, Chas. Forbes, L.F.Sinsheimer,
Noes : None.
Absent : C.LI.Carpenter , Geo,W.Kilbern.
On motion of II.B.L:artin seconded by Chas Forbes the applications for the
gular quarterly licenses were referred to the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety for
vestigation and report .
On motion of W.B.Martin seconded by Chas Forbes it was ordered that the
rtified cheek which accompanied the Merchandising Bond of S.J.Llelton be released to the
incipal, and that the signature of F.E.Gist be accepted as a surety in lieu thereof,
L.l•d.Lloore , Street Superintendent, reported informally on types of pavement
or use on lower Higuera Street,

onday, December 22nd. at 7:50 o'clock P.Li.
