The Applications of Mrs, Queenie 'Warden and hiss Refugio Herrera for
license for lodging house at 1190 I.Ionterey Street and 1166 Palm Street , respectively,
were referred to the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety for report on motion of
Chas Forbes seconded by John Chapek.
On.amotion of Chas Forbes seconded by John Chapek the application of
Mrs. Grace Van Neman for license for lunch Counter at 1804 Osos Street, was referred to
Commissioner of Public Health and Safety for report.
On motion aff -Chas Forbes seconded by John Chapek =the meeting adjourned.

The City attorney was directed to draft an-amendment to the - license Ordinance
in re laundries.
On motion of C.M,Carpenter seconded.by Chas Forbes license # 1907 issued to
J.E.Osgood - Vegetable Peddler - was ordered cancelled.
Following discussion in re parking of vehicles in Garden Street, marking of
streets to govern traffic etc., the Commissioner of Supplies was duly authorized to
purchase a Street Iviarker.
Resolution No 179 ( New Series ) A Resolution declaring and finding that t
proposition of incurring a Bonded debt and Bonding the City of San Luis Obispo for certain
municipal improvements, submitted to the qualified voters of said City on April 6th 19259
received the vote of two thirds of all the voters voting at such election and carried, was
introduced and adopted on motion of C.E.Carpenter seconded by Chas Forbes by the following
vote Ayes : H.B.Cox, C,11,Carpenter, John Chapek, Chas Forbes, L.F.Sinsheimer.
