City, the right to purchase the said sewer within ten years at its actual cost.
It was moved by Chas Forbes and seconded by H.::.Cox that the Resolution be adopted.
Lengthy discussion followed. I:Iayor Sinsheimer holding that certain amendments would
be necessary to make the resolution comply to the Council's demands.; that the proposed.
new sewer line should be under the direct control of the City; that those desiring to coii�ct
with the proposed sewer should be required to make regular application to the Council for
necessary permit, and where lateral sewere were constructed on Tracts of lard, that due
presentation of Plans and specifications therefor,and also permit to do such work should go
through the legal channels of the City.
On account of the absence_of one of the parties at interest no final action was taken and-
the matter was laid over to Friday, October 9th at 7 :30 P.I.
On motion of Chas Forbes seconded by H. -.Cox the meeting adjourned to Friday,
October 9th at 7 :30 P.IM.
