heretofore delivered to the City Treasurer and the Cit; Clerk by those interested in the
construction of that certain ,proposed sewer line .commonly known as the " 'Lotel Sewer" and
temporarily held by said City Officials ( the same not having become funds in the City
treasury ) be returned to the respective parties. The motion carried.

City Council met in regular session - Commissioner Chas Forbes presiding.

The minutes of October 5th., 8th., 9th. and 13th. were read and approved as
read on motion of C.M.Carpenter seconded by John Chapek.
The application of Gusta ICI. Soper for permit to build two garages'annexed to
residences in Block 152 Harford Addition was laid over , on motion of 0.11L.Carpenter seconde
by John Chapek , for one week. City :ch?gineer to investigate and report. on same at
the next meeting.
The application of IeIarthe A. Clayton for permit to erect a five foot solid
board fence on premises in Deleissigues Addition , was granted on motion of John Chapek
seconded by C.11.Carpenter.
