City Hall, Monday, April 12th. 1926 - 7 :30 P.L'I.
City Council met in adjourned session - Mayor L.F.Sinsheimer presiding.
Present : H.E.Cox, Chas Forbes, L.F.Sinsheimer.
Absent : C.IvI.Carpemter , John Chapek.
The Merchandising Bond of L.E.Scott, Surety August Vollmer, was received
and on motion of Chas Forbes seconded by H.E.Cox the same was approved and the Surety
accepted.

Communication from II.J. Tobin, sewer contractor, read and on motion of H.E.Cc
seconded by Chas Forbes the same was ordered filed. City Clerk directed to communicate
with Mr. Tobin.
one week.
All matters laid over at the meeting of April 5th.were again deferred for
City Engineer L.W.Moore presented plans and specifications for the improve-
ment of Lill Street. Matter left over to the next meeting..
On motion of Chas Forbes seconded by H.E.Cox the meeting adjourned.

City Council met in regular session - Vice President of the Council
Chas Forbes presiding.
Present : John Chapek, H.E.Cox , Chas Forbes.
Absent : C.Id.Carpenter, L.F.Sinsheimer.
The minutes of April 5th and 12th were read and approved as read on motion
of H.E.Cox seconded by John Chapek.
The following applications for permit to build were granted on motion of
H.E.Cox seconded by John Chapek :

Application of Robt.R.T.Woods for permit to connect with the City Sewer on
Buchon Street between Carmel and Archer Street was granted on motion of H.E.Coz seconded
by John Chapek.
Petition received from F.J.Lynch requesting permit to erect a tent on
" I.Iitchell Lot " to be used for Chautauqua meetings from May 3d to IrIay 9th. On motion
of H.E.Cox seconded by John Chapek the matter was referred to the Commissioner of Public
Health and Safety for report.
Petition of B.J.Sears for permit to remove present electric sign at 1020
Morro Street and install a new and larger one, was received and referred to the Commissioner
of ;Public Health and Safety for report, on motion of a.E.Cox seconded by John Chapek.
