The.petition of the San Luis.Jewelry.Compauy for permit to install a Street
Clock at the curb of-.sidewalk at 865 Irionterey Street was granted on favorable report and
motion of C.IS.Carpenter seconded by Chas-Forbes with the provision that work be done under
the supervision.of the City Engineer.
In re application of Frank V.Serpa for permit to build a garage -on part of lot
6 Block 9 : It was moved by C.LI.Carpenter and seconded by Chas Forbes that the matter
be continued one week. Commissioner of Public Vlorks to transmit to applicant, views
expressed by the council.
Application of F.T.Takumi for permit to add room to building in Block 15 was
continued.
On motion of Chas Forbes seconded by C.M.Carpenter the - meeting adjourned to
blonday, May 24th at 7 :30 P.M.
