Petition of J.L.Anderson at al, for the improvement of Dana Street by the laying of curbs and sidewalks and for the paving of said Street from curb to curb, was received. Discussion . It was moved by C.I1.Carpenter and seconded by H.E.Cox that the petition be received and placed on file. Chas Forbes moved to amend the motion by the provision that the City Engineer check frontage on Dana Street. The amendment was sec -:nded by H.E.Cox and carried. The original motion as amended was then put and carried.. On motion of CoEI.Carpenter seconded by Chas Forbes the following licenses were ordered cancelled,the same having been reported by the City Collector as " out of business ". Licenses reported under the Caption " Unable to Collect " were referred back to the City Collector for further effort.to collect.
