City Council met in regular session — Vice President of the Council

accepted on motion duly seconded and carried.

Garden, Eaiser Building, was referred on motion of John C'hapek.seconded by H.E.Cox to the
oriuissioner of Public ;forks for report.
On motion of H.E.Cox seconded by John Chapek the application of J.N.Chiari for
icense for ?.unch Room at 1023 Court Street was granted.
Applications of the ?�. :idland,Counties Public Service Corporation Nos. 132 ?; 134
or permit to do certain work as set forth in the said applications on file, were granted
favorable report and motion of - .E.Cox seconded by John Chapek.
On motion of H.E.Cox seconded by John Chapek a Lap of the Taylor Tract, a
esubdivision of Blocks 28 and 31 of Phillips Syndicate Addition , was approved.
