Resolution No. 259 ( New Series ) , A Resolution of the Council of the City of
San Luis Obispo, California, relating to the issuance of StreetImprovement Bonds pursuant to
Resolution of Intention No. 241 (New Series ) determining the amount of unpaid assessments,
prescribing the denomonations of such Bonds and providing for their issuance, was introduced
and adopted on motion of Chas Forbes seconded by L.J.Defosset by the following vote:
Ayes : Chas Forbes, L.J.Defosset, H.B.Cox, John Chapek, L.F.Sinsheimer. .
Noes : None.
Absent : None.
On.- motion of Chas Forbes seconded by H.B.Cox the meeting adjourned to Llonday,
August 13th at 7:30 o'clock P.M.

Noes : None.
Absent : None.
