The City ,Engineer furnished the Council with a written report in the matter of the
petition of C.Bianchi, et al for Bridge. On motion of Chas Forbes seconded by H.E.Cox
the report was ordered placed on file, and the City Clerk directed to send copy of the said
report to the parties at interest..
Report of the Chief of Police on unpaid licenses was taken up : Discussion: It was
moved by L.J.Defosset and seconded by I±.E.Cox that Licenses " 1946 for the April quarter,

and License m 146 for the July quarter, issued to the Puritas riater Dustributors Co (Donnely)
at $ 4.00 each, be referred to the City Attorney for collection.- The motion carried.
On motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by John Chapek the following licenses were ordered
cancelled:
957 - E.F.Viichtendahl Real Estate 5,00
958 - Ar1'die H. Stewart Peal Estate 5.00 10.00
On Motion of Chas. Forbes seconded by L.J.Defosset the meeting adjourned to LIonday,
Idov. 26th at 7 :30 P.I1.
