The petition of the ';'lestern Union Telegraph Company for permit to erect a direction
Western union Sign ,supported by an Iron Post on the vacant lot at the corner of Tiguera and
Court Streets, was referred to the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety for report to the
Council on motion of H.E.Cox seconded by John Chapek.
The merchandising Bond of H.T.Tallory and J.Shaw and of Adsit & La Shelle,
Surety , Great American Indemnity Company, were approved, on motion of H.E.Cox seconded by
John Chapek.
On motion of Jo1Ln Chapek seconded by H.E.Cox the meeting adjourned.
