In accordance with report of the City Engineer, it was ordered, on motion of H.E.Ccrr
econded by Chas Forbes, that a warrant be drawn in favor of E.h.Branch, Contractor for the
anti Rosa Street Culvert, in the amount of a 130.62 , the said amount being balance due on
id Contract, or,the 25% with held for a period of thirty five days.
The report of the City Treasurer for the month of September vies received and ordered

The matter of the conveyance, by Carlos Serrano and Clofes Q.Serrano, of a certain

On motion of.H.EE.Cox seconded by Chas Forbes the City attorney was instructed to draft
an Ordinance establishing the official street grade in iUaholm = addition, in accordance with
plan presented by the City En .oineer,
In re Traffic Regulations: It .Vas moved by h.J.Lefosset and seconded by
that the City :attorney prepare an Ordinance providing for additional Boulevard Stops, and the
eliriination of " U-" turns at certain Street intersections, as suggested by the Commissioner of
=-ublic health and Safety. The motion carried.
The matter of routing heavy Traffic off the main streets of the City, to relieve
Traffic congestion in the business section, was discussed and laid over to the next meeting,
On motion of H. E.Cox seconded by Chas Forbes , Coi :,.sissioner John Chapek was given
power to act in the mutter of finding suitable temporary quarters for the offices of City
Collector and City -Engineer on account of remodeling of ':Lineman Building.
