The City :attorney presented a draft of an Ordinance relative to Radio interference.
iaatter discussed at length and the City Attorney directed to furnish the Council with a new
draft of such an Ordinance for the next meeting of the Council.
On notion of L.J.Defosset seconded by John Chapek the meeting adjourned to Tuesday,
November 12th. 1929, at 7 :00 P.Is1.

City Council met in adjourned session - Mice President of the Council Chas Iorbes

The following applications for permit to build were granted on motion of u.E.Cox
seconded by John Chapek:

On motion of H.E.Cox seconded by John Chapek the application of l.iatilda N. Ediv�rds
for per! :iit to lay 56 ft of 4 ft park sidewalk and curbing on the east side of Chorro Street
bet-.Veen 1.:ountain View Strut and Center Street, was laid over until the official Street grade
is established in Anholm Addition.
On motion of John Chapek seconded by H.E.Cox the application of the Santa I.'aria Gas
lComoany for permit to e ::tend a 2" gas line to serve Independent Laundry at its nevi location on
�1'iguera Street t. :us referred to the CorLnissioner of Public 1;4orks for investigation and power
to act.
The following 1.- erchandising Bonds were ordered cancelled. on iiotion of H. 'E.Cox
seconded by John Chapek, the principals having fulfilled obligations under the said Bonds:
