Discussion. It was moved by h.J.Defosset and seconded by H, B. Cox that the aprii- cant be permitted to commence construction of the said Service Station as outli_ led in plan sabmitted; that side,.:;alk_ be recessed for not more than five feet; that storage tanks be install- ed under supervision of the City Engineer and in accordance with rules and regulations of Bo of Fire Underwriters.
