Ordinance Edo. 143 ( idea Series )An Ordinance amending Ordinance I10. 45 entitled, "n Ordinance to establish Fire Proof Building limits and prescribing 3uilding regulations ", approved April 17th. 1890, and repealing Ordinance No. 98 ( Iiew Series ) entitled, ' An Ordinance defining and establishing a Pire District within the City of San Luis Obispo limiting the construction of buildings within said district ", adopted Larch 24th 1924, was introduced and adopted on motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by Chas Forbes by the following vot Ayes ; Chas Forbes, L.J.Defosset, H.E.Cox, John Chapek , L.F.Sinsheimer. i;oes alone. On motion of Chas Forbes seconded by L.J.Defosset the City Engineer was directed to furnish the Council with Plans and Specifications for the improvement of Garden Street, also ';Iap with preliminary data relative to same.
