City Council met in adjourned session - Kayor L.F.Sinsheimer presiding.
Present : Chas Forbes, L.J.Defosset, -1, E COX , John Chapek, L.F.Sinsheimer.
Absent : None.

potion of R.B.Cox seconded by John Chapek, was referred to the City Llgineer who was directed
to furnish the Council with a sketch of the situation and suggestions, for next meeting of
the Council.'
On motion of Chas lrorbes seconded oy H.L.Cox the applications of Id. Bahe for licenses
for restaurant and Lodging house at 846 and 834 Palm Street, respectively, were referred to
Commissioner of Public Health and.Safety fbr report to the Council.
The application of 1'.A.Greenleaf for Stub Sewer connection on Garden Street between
i:iarsh Street and Pacific Stre,:t was granted on motion of H.L.Coy seconded by L.J.Defosset.

for per,ait to do certain work as set out in the said applications on file were referred to the

The application of the Pacific telephone & Telegraph Company for per:-.]it to remove three
Telephone Poles on Osos Street between Buchon Street and Pismo Street, and four poles on Osos
Street between Pismo Street and Pacific Street was granted, on motion of r.L.Cox seconded by
Chas 1'orbes, with the provision that the City's 2ire alarm System wires be properly taken
care of.

Joe Rowan appeared in support of the said petition and the matter was di;:cussed.. It was
oved by H.L.Cox and seeonded by L.J.Defosset that petitioners enter into private contract
or completion of sidewalk width •The motion carried.
In re agreement with Southern Pacific Company for use of Plater 17ell at Buchon and Essex
et Discussion It ras moved by Chas r'orbes and seconded by John Chapek that
the terms of the dontr-act be accepted; that said Contract be executed by the •.:ayor and
;ity Clerk and returned to the Officials of the Southern ;'acific Company for completion.

This being the time and place fixed by the Council for Hearing of protests in
the :natter of the improvement of a 'portion of Ida Street and a right of way of -,rned by the City
of San -uis Obispo ( Ida c:treet 3ridge ) as per .-Hesolution of Intention Eo. 319 (Idew Series):,
the matter was now taken up. i10 written nor verbal protests were received.
Affidavit of Posting iotices for the aforesaid improvement was presented and ordered filed.

portion of Ida Street and a right of way owned by the City of San Luis ubispo, as described in
