Ordinance No. 157 (Neer Series), An Ordinance of the City of San Luis Obispo creatin@ the office of Building Inspector;. providing for the salary of the Building Inspector; regulat ing the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repairs, moving, removal,demolition, conversion, occupancy, equipment,.use, height, area and maintenance of all buildings and /or structures in the City of San Luis Obispo; providing .for the issuance of building permits and collection of fees therefor; providing penalties for the violation thereof; repealing Ordinance No. 45 of the City of San Luis Obispo and all other.Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict therewith, was passed to print, on motion of H. E. Cox seconded by J. B. Berkemeyer, by the following vote: Ayes . J. B. Berkemeyer, John Chapek, H. E. Cog, L. J. Defosset, L. F. Sinsheimer. Noes None Absent: None Resolution No. 355 (New Series), A Resolution declaring portions of Broad and Osos Streets to be and constituted Boulevards, was introduced and adopted on motion of L. J. Defosset seconded by H. E. Cox by the following vote: Ayes : J. B. Berkemeyer, John Chapek, H. E. Cog, L. J.. Defosset, L. F. Sinsheimer. Noes . None Absent: None On motion.of L. J.
