Application of Shields Estate for permit to install two Stub Seger connections on
Islay Street between Broad Street and Garden Street was granted on motion of H.E.Cox seconded
by J.B.Berkemeyer.
On motion of H.E.Cox seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer the petition of the 20 -30 Club of
San Luis Obispo for permit to install a Club Sign at the North City Limits was referred to the
Commissioner of Public Health and Safety for investigation and report to the Council.
The report of the City Clerk for the month of February 1932 was received and ordered
filed on motion of i-:.-.E.Cox seconded by John Chapek.
On motion of H.E.Cox seconded byJ.B.Berkemeyer the City Clerk was authorized to
draw warrant in the amount of � 5.00 in favor of the Southern Pacific Company, same being
license fee as per agreement dated February 16th 1932.
Application of S. Yamagishi for permit to coiuiect with sewer on lower iiiguera street
near South Street; was granted..--on motion of H.E.Cox seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer, with the
provision that the said wewer be connected with sewer on adjoining property.
