In re application of :iidland Counties Public Service Corporation " 203 for grant of
(right of way for transmission lines : On motion of h.E.Cox seconded by L.J.tefosset the
City Attorney was instructed to prepare a Resolution granting the application as applied for.
Resolution No. 373 ( New Series ) Resolution granting to the County of
San Luis Obispo the right to connect a proposed Server on Grand Avenue with the main line of the
City Sewer at Grand Avenue and _.:urray Streets, under certain conditions, as set out in said
Resolution on file, was adopted, on motion of I-i. .Cox seconded by John Chapek by the
following vote :
Ayes : J.3.3erke- neyer, John Chapek, n.B.Cox, L.J.Defosset, L.r.Sinsbeimer.
Noes : Uone.
Absent : Done.
On motion of H.:,.Cox seconded by John Chapek the meeting adjourned to Monday, June
27th 1932, at 7:30

the Coim:iissioner of iublic Works for investigation and report to the Council.
