were received and ordered filed on motion of John Chapek seconded by ;i.F.Cox.
In a communication the :;hamber of ,o_-imerce invited the Council to attend a " Polytechnic
Testinonial Dinner ", Thursday, February 9th at the ._nderson Yotcl. The :ISayor appointed the
folloriing committee to attend : J.3.Berkemeyer, L.J.Defossot, John Chapek, H.3.Coz:.

together with Bond and license fee received. The application was granted on motion of
