The minutes of April 3rd., 6th., 10th and 14th were read and approved as read on motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by L.J.Defosset. The application of A.M.Pettenger for.permit to build a frame structure of one room on part of Block 62, near corner of Higuera and Nipomo Streets, to be used as a. Soft Drink P at a Cost of $ 150.00 was granted on motion of H.H.Cox seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer.
