Petition of T.F.Weaver et.al. in re certain improvements on property at 1416 Palm
Street laid over.
Application of Hubbard Hollister,by B.M.Payne, for permit to out pavement on
Higuera -Dtreet between Essex Street and Johnson Street for purpose of repairing Sewer was
withdrawn.
On motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer the following applications for
licenses were granted :

Surety not being
sufficient it was moved by J.B.Berkemeyer and seconded by L.J.Defosset that the application
be denied. I;Iotion carried.
On motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by H.r,.Coa the meetin adjourned to Monday,
May 8th 1933, at 7 :30
