The following licenses .Jere ordered cancelled on motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded
by P.P.Howell :
July quarter 1933: # 441 - S.m.Anderson Sidewalk Pump 1.00
585 - Greeley's Grocery . "Off Sale 7.50 8.50
On motion duly seconded and carried Bond of R.H.Greeley, with John J.Lewelling,
John V. Lemos and Darwin F. Brussow as Sureties, for " On Sale Beverage license, was cancelled
and the Sureties released.
Ordinance No. 175 ( New Series ) An Ordinance amending Section 16 and Section 27
of Ordinance No. 170 ( New Series ), Beverage Ordinance , and adding a new Section to said
Ordinance No. 170 ( New Series ) which new section shall be numbered Section 16* , was
introduced and passed to print on motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by Joseph Leary by the
following vote :
Ayes : J.B.Berkemeyer, L:J.5efosset, ?.P.Howell, Joseph Leary.
floes : None.
Absent : L.F.Sinsheimer.
On motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by H.P.Howell the meeting adjourned.

applications for the regular quarterly licenses, and the application of the Valley Electric Cc
for..permit to install 38 ft of Ileon outline on building occupied by Greyhound Coffee Shop at
1255 Monterey Street were referred to the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety for report
