Application of the Suntet Transfer Company for permit to install a gasoline storage
tank of 7,000 gallon capacity on lot 4 Block 6 - !7ly side of Broad Street between Pacific
Street and Harsh Street, granted on Notion of L.J.Defosset seconded by R.P- Howell, with the
provision that installation conform to specifications of Board of Fire Underwriters and that
work be done under supervision of the City Engineer.

The rainutes of November 20th and ?7th were read and approved as corrected on
motion of J.B.3erkeineyer seconded by .P.Howell.
Applications of VictoriaDuchi, and of James S. ;Nilson, for license for Hotel at
964 Chorro Street and at 860 Osos Street, respectively, were referred to the Commissioner of
Public Health and Safety for report, on motion of J.B- Berkemeyer seconded by R.P.Howell.
17erchandising Bond of Dagmar J. Goold with -dwin 0 Goold as Surety, was received
and on motion of R.P.Howell seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer the Surety was accepted and the
Bond approved.
The petition of Iiick Storni for permit to remove two pepper trees from premises at
1343 :iarsh Street granted on motion of J- B- Berke.meyer seconded by .P.Hoz� ell.
The petition of the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company for permit to do certain
work on l;ipomo Street near corner of Higuera Street, as set out in petition on file, was
referred to the Commissioner of Public F,`orks for investigation and report.

The reports of the City Treasurer for the month of October and. of the Police Judge
for the : aonth of November were received and ordered placed on file.
Claims against the City for the month of 11ovember 1933 were ordered paid, on motion
of ?.P.Howell seconded by J.3.Berkemeyer, subject to the approval of the heads of the respecti
departments and the Llayor.
On motion duly seconded and carried the application of G.H.Wilson for permit to
recess curb of sidewalk for driveway at 878 Islay Street, and the petition of J.L.:nderson for
perinit to install a Canvass Llarquee at 955 I.Ionterey Street, Anderson Hotel , were granted.
