Matters pending were continued to the next meeting.
Ordinance No. 177 ( New.beries ) An Ordinance amending Section 37* of
Ordinance Ho. 76 ( New Series) was intr6duced and passed to print on motion of
J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by H.P.Howell by the following vote :
Ayes : J.B.Berkemeyer, L.J.Defosset, $.P.Howell, Joseph Leary,
Noes .: None:
Absent : Mayor L.F.Sinsheimer.
On motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by B.P.Howell the meeting adjourned to

City Council met in Special Called Session for the purpose, as set oat in said
Call of Mayor L.F.Sinsheimer, of receiving sealed proposals for furnishing certain items
of Mechanical Equipment for a proposed Sewage Treatment Plant for the
San Luis Obispo, as per call for said proposals dated July 16th 19340
I Vice President of the Council L.J.Defosset presided.
Present J.B.Berkemeyer, L.J.Defoseet, a.P.Howell, Joseph Leary.
