City -Council met in adjourned session - Mayor L.F.Sinsheimer presiding. Present : J.B.Berkemeyer, L.J.Defosset, R.P.Howell, Joseph Leary, L.F.Sinsheimer. Absent : None. On motion of J.B.Berk'emeyer seconded by R.P.Howell, Masonic Hall Association was granted permit to, repair damage recently caused by fire, to building on part of lots 12 and 13 block 100 ::;fission Vineyard Tract, at a cost of $ 50.00 . Application of I:iidland Counties Public Service Corporation 220 for permit to do work in connection with proposed installation of overhead electric lights in Anholm Addition and North Broad Street was presented, and it was moved by R.P.Howell , seconded by Joseph Leary that the application be granted. Discussion. with the consent of the second, Commissioner R.P.Howell withdrew the above motion. It was then moved by R.P.Howell, seconded by Joseph Leary and carried, that the said application be referred to the Commissioner of Public Works and the City 3ngineer for investigation and report to the Council.
