Application of Liidland Counties Public Service Corporation i 221 for permit to remove and replace a 45 ft pole located on the South side of Buchon Street, 150 ft west of Morro Street was granted on favorable report and motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by Joseph Leary. Petition of protest of Duke's piaster Bakery re: payment of license fee of a 100.00 per year for outside Bakery, doing business within the City of San Luis Obispo, 1 as required by Section 95J of Ordinance No. 171 ( New Series j was denied,'on motion of R.P.Howell seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer. All matters pending were continued to the next meeting. Layor L.F.Sinsheimer announced the death of P.A.H.Arata , Postmaster of the City of ban Luis Obispo and former Councilman, paying eloquent tribute to the memory of the Public Official, and requesting that when the Council adjourn it do so in respect to the memory of the deceased.
