City Council met in regular session - 1.1ayor L.F.Sinsheimer presiding.

The minutes of November 19th and 26th were read and approved as read on motion
of R.P.Howell seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer.
The following applications for permit to build were granted on motion duly
seconded and carried :
Hugh R. Wilson - Change store front Lot 9 Blk 96 I:i.V. Tract
Cost $ 200000
Rose ireitas - Garage ( old lumber I Block 15 Cost 35.00
Application of R.L.Bishop for license for Lunch Counter at 666 Higuera Street
referred to the Commissioner of Public health and Safety for report to the Council.
On motion of R.P.Howell seconded by Joseph Leary the application of the Pacific
Telephone and Telegraph Company for permit to replace two telephone poles on Santa Rosa St.
between Sycamore Street and Olive Street was referred to the Commissioner of Public works
for investigation and report to the Council.
Petition of California Home Bldg and Loan Co., by I11 agent, for
5ermit to remove Eucalyptus Trees from private Alley on Garden Street between Islay Street
nd Buchon ;street Was referred to the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety for .report.
The report of the City Treasurer for the month of Octaber 1934; and of the
3olice Judge for the month of November 1934 Here received and ordered placed on file.
Claims against the City for the month of November were ordered paid, on motion
if R.P.Howell sec -ended by L.J.Defosset, subject to the approval of the heads of the respecti
epartments and the Mayor.
Application of G.A.Hartmen for license for Cigars Sideline at 995 Higuera Street
granted on motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by E- P.Howell.
The following applications for permit to hang signs were granted with the
provision that said signs be hung in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance and
that work be done under the supervision of the City Engineer :
's Electric - i+ieon Sign for F,donomy Drug Store 770 Higuera Street.
line's Electric Shop -fdeon Sign for Wilson's Flower Shop 1114 Garden Street.

On motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by R.P.Howell the meeting adjourned to
