Re : Contribution to Salvation Army ; It was moved by R.P.Howell seconded by
J.B.Berke;aeyer and carried that the sum of 4 25.00 be contributed to the Salvation Army to
provide food for transients for the month of Iday. It was further stipulated that the
full sum be spent locally.
Re : expense of School District Election It was moved by R.p.gowell
seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer and carried that San Luis Obispo School Board of Trustees be
billed for the expense of conducting the San Luis Obispo School District Election held on
April let 1935 , covering territory outside the City of San Luis Obispo, in the amount of
$ 314.12 , as per itemized statement .
Merchandising Bond of Don P. Cisco , with Julius A. Robasciotti as Surety was
approved and the Surety accepted, on motion of R.P.Howell seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer.
The petition of H.I.T.Wu for permit.to hang a sign at 1128 Chorro Street granted
on motion drily seconded and carried.
Application of i,)iidland Counties Public Service Corporation 227 for certain
work on Chorro Street between Leff Street and Upham Street granted on favorable report
and motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by R.P.Howell.
On motion duly seconded and carried the following applications for licenses
were ordered granted:

William G. Reid
Dining Room

( Cigars Sideline )

1023 Iorro Street.
On motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by R.P.Howell the meeting adjourned to
Wednesday, Tway 15th 1935, at 7;30 p,M,
