Communication from L.H.Gibson, District Engineer of Division of Highways,
istrict V , dated March 14, 1936, together with resolution, re routing etc of State high-
ays�n the City of San Luis Obispo is received, and after discussion of the matter with
epresentative present, City Clerk instructed to advise I:(r. Gibson that the matter is
sented to the Council and is receiving its consideration.
Application of Larry Simpson for license for Bakery at 680 Higuera Street,
granted on motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by R.P.Howell.
Petition of = ,undles, Inc. for permit to erect a Deon Sign for John Diodati at
875 '.Monterey Street granted with the provision that said sign hang according to provision
of 0;rdinunce and work be done under the supervision of the City engineer.

Applications of Veterans of Foreign wars, by Wm G. Reid, for Wrestling at the

were granted on motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by Joseph Leary.
Application of Foster and Kleiser Company for permit -to place sign board in
Block 104, south side of Higuera Street between liorro Street and Osos Street granted on
motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by :-P-Howell with the provision that work be done under
the supervision of the City Engineer.
On motion duly seconded and carried the following licenses were ordered cancelled;

Re : license for business of Tobacco Vending Idachine• Liatter discussed.
city Attorney requested to draft Ordinance covering same.
On motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by z.P.Howell the meeting adjourned to
Iuonday, Iuarch 23rd. 1936, at 7 :30 P.E.
