letition of Texaco :station for permit to repair roof on Texaco Station in Block
Fight again continued.
On motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by H.P.Howell the petition of Veteran's of
Foreign Wars for permit to remodel interior of 1 -tinter Garden Hall by building two
bleechers and two dressing rooms at a cost of $ 800.00 was granted.
Petition of R.H.Gilmore for permit to remove old residence building from Lot 7
Block 87 I,iission Vineyard Tract to Lot 17 Block 1 of the Caudill Tract was again laid over.
Resolution No. 394 ( New Series } A Resolution of the City Council of the City
of San Luis Obispo authorizing the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Luis Obispo to 1
construct, maintain, improve and repair certain Streets within said City was introduced
and adopted, on motion of J.B.Berkemeyer seconded by R.P.Howell, by the following vote
Ayes : J.B.Berkemeyer. L.J.Defosset, R.P.Howell, Joseph Leary.
Noes : None.
Absent : L.F.Sinsheimer.
On motion of R.P.Howell seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer the following licenses were
ordered cancelled :
