Re : application of.Rodeo Electric Co. for permit to hang a Neon Sign for
L.H.Leidig at 783 Marsh Street - sign placed by H.17.Rudolph prior to granting of permit.
I:iatter discussed and on motion of R.P.Howell seconded by L.J.Defosset the City attorney
was directed to write Mr. Rudolph calling to his attention that provisions of Ordinance
had been violated and requesting that he make amends.
Police Department given more time for collection of unpaid licenses for
April Quarter.
On motion of R.P.Howell seconded by J.B.Berkemeyer the following delinquent
licenses were ordered cancelled on account of inability to collect:

Ordinance No. 184 (rdew Series) An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 76
(New Series) by adding a new section to the numbered Section 442 providing a license for
the business of renting out or placing automatic vending or musical machines was intro-
duced and passed to print on motion of R. P. Howell seconded by Joseph Leary by the
following vote:
Ayes J.B.Berkemeyer, L.J.Defosset, R.P.Howell, Joseph Leary, L.F.Sinsheimer.
Noes None.
Absent: None.
All unfinished matters continued.
On motion of L.J.Defosset seconded by R.P.Howell the meeting adjourned to
