Communication received from local Order of U.P.P.E.C• re matter of securing
the 38th Annual Convention to be held in September 1938, for the City of San Luis Obispo:
Clerk to acknowledge receipt of communication and advise that the City will lend its
assistance in malting said convention a success, if secured for this City.
