LO Block 183 Ingleside Tract: No action. Commissioner of Finance to watch proceedings
and advise Cowicil.
City Attorney reported on matter of claim of C.P.Smith and Lizzie C. S:;rith in the
amount of tir 313.50 for alleged injuries sustained in the City of San Lui Obispo. i:iatter
discussed, and it ,jas moved by L.J.Leio :set seconded by J.B.Berke.meyer and carried that the
Commissioner of finance and the City Attorney be authorized to settle matter for an amount
t to exceed S 175.00.
