Henderson Ave. granted on motion of T.. B. Berkemeyer,.seconded - by R. P. Howell with the
provision that work be done under the supervision of the City Engineer.
The following applications for permit to connect with sewer, were granted
with the provision that the work be done under the supervision of the City Engineer:
Ift. C. O'Donnell - Murray Ave. between Toro and Stenner Streets
Mrs. A. Ferrini - Essex Street between Palm and Mill Streets
G. W. Davidson - Lizzie Street between Johnson and Fixlini Streets
Frank Parcel os - Monterey Street between Santa Rosa and Osos Streets
The application of H. 0. Williams for permit to lay 50' of 5 ft. park side-
walk and curbing on the west side of Chorro Street between Mission Street and Murray
Street granted on motion duly seconded and carried.
Communication received from Eugene A. Silva, Guadalupe, offering $75.00 for
a certain pump. On motion of J. B. Berkemeyer, seconded by L. J. Defosset the offer was
refused, and it was ordered that the Commissioner of Supplies be authorized to sell said
pump for not less than $125.00.
The Chief of Police reported on the matter of `."l. B. Roselip - City Attorney
to file further report.
On motion of J. B. Berkemeyer, seconded by L. J. Defosset, the meeting ad-
journed to Thursday, April 20th, 1939 at''7:30 P. M.

for Blue Bell Coffee Shop referred,to the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety for

General discussion was had relative to the issuance of Bonds voted at the
General Municipal Election held in the City of San Luis Obispo, April 3, 1939. City
Attorney to present the matter at the next meeting.
It was moved by J. B. Berkemeyer, seconded by Joseph Leary and carried that
the City Engineer be directed to have prepared plans and specifications and other details
for the contemplated work in the two City Reservoirs as outlined in Bond issue voted at
General Municipal Election of April 3, 1939.
On motion of L. J. Defosset, seconded by R. P. Howell the following licenses
wwere ordered cancelled:
