P. umvell the City Attorney was directed to prepare a Resolution desig- nating Streets of major importance in accordance with a certain map of the Highway Com- mission on file in the office of'the City Clerk and in addition thereto, designating as a part of the major street system - Higuera Street from Santa Rosa Street to Grove Street and Grove Street from Higuera Street to Monterey Street.
